VN143 - Veterinary Parasitology

Prerequisite: VN 122 Anatomy and Physiology for Vet Nurses  and VN 124 Mentorship Preparation .

Corequisite: VN 144 Veterinary Parasitology Mentorship .

You will learn common parasites of domestic animals and their life cycles, method of transmission, basic pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, and control methods. You will also learn to identify parasites and parasitic zoonotic diseases.
